Terri Frana received 30 staples in her scalp and 10 stitches in her forehead after a 200 pound black bear attacked her in the driveway of her home in central Florida. She said while it was not uncommon to see bears in the neighborhood “unfortunately, she had gotten too comfortable with them being around.” Luckily for Frana she will make a full recovery and is thankful to be alive.
