Please note the following about our shipping & handling process:
- SABRE will not drop ship orders over $50 due to fraudulent activity concerns.
- Order confirmation emails are automatically generated once you've successfully placed an order. But, they can be sent to junk mail. Please check all of your email folders.
- Shipping confirmation emails are sent from the carrier you select during checkout, so an email from either UPS or FedEx will be sent once your order ships - look through your junk mail for these too!
Please note the following about our Return Policy and process:
- All pepper sprays are warrantied through their expiration date (found on the canister) this is for manufacturing defects ONLY.
- All alarms have a 90 day limited warrant due to manufacturing defects.
- Stun guns come with a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects ONLY. You must register for the warranty at www.sabrered.com/stun-gun-warranty. Failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty. The S-1000sf and S-2000sf come with a Lifetime warranty - warranty registration is still required.
- The warranties do NOT cover items that have been abused or lost (unless the holster, clip and/or keychain fails - must have visual proof), have suffered damage to the unit from being dropped, thrown, slammed in a door, run over or manipulated in anyway.
- To request a return authorization (RA) number please use the form below or email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org: Name, Email, Phone, Address, Model Number, Expiration Date (if applicable), Serial Number (if applicable), date purchased, where the item was purchased.
- A customer service representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours. When an item has been determined defective by a manufacturing defect a prepaid return shipping label will be issued. Upon SABRE's reciept of the defective item we will issue the replacement item.
- Refunds are only available when the item is purchased directly from SABRE and returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Defective items refunds - SABRE will send prepaid shipping label. Non-defective item - customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
