Shipping & Returns

SABRE Return Policy: 

Products purchased through a retailer or online store must be returned to the selling retailer or online store. SABRE will not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for products that were not purchased on SabreRed.com. 

Defective items purchased directly through SabreRed.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. After the initial 30-day period from date of purchase, defective products may be replaced but no refund will be provided. 

  • Defective products are subject to authorization from SABRE and does not include products that have been abused or lost, suffered damage to the unit from daily use, or manipulated in any way. Quality is our #1 priority at SABRE, so pictures and videos may be requested.
  • Refunds on defective items are only available when returned within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days, only the replacement items will be sent.

Non-defective items purchased through SabreRed.com require authorization for processing returns, refunds, and/or replacements within 30 days of purchase date. 

  • To request a return, refund, or replacement, please email returns@sabrered.com. Upon review and approval (pictures and/videos may be requested), a Return Authorization number will be issued. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of return authorization approval. Customer is responsible for any freight charges. Product must be undamaged and unopened in original packaging. *Refunds can only be issued to customers that purchased directly from www.SabreRed.com. Refunds will be issued for product only and will not include reimbursment of freight charges.
  • Any item/s returned without prior authorization, a valid return authorization number, and completed return information will be discarded.

SABRE offers limited warranties for certain products as specified below. 

Products that have been abused or lost, have suffered damage to the unit from being dropped, thrown, slammed in a door, run over, or manipulated in any way are not covered by SABRE's warranty. 

  • Pepper Sprays and Gels: All pepper sprays are warrantied through their expiration date (found on the canister) for manufacturing defects ONLY. 

  • Alarms: All alarms have a 90-day limited warranty due to manufacturing defects.

  • Stun Guns: Stun guns come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects ONLY. Register for the warranty here. Failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty. Authorization is required prior to returning the item.

  • Civilian Pepper Projectile and Spray Launchers: Pepper Launchers comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects ONLY. Register for the warranty here. Failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty. Authorization is required prior to returning the item.

  • Law Enforcement Pepper Projectile Launchers: Law Enforcement Launchers comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects ONLY. Register for the warranty here. Failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty. Authorization is required prior to returning the item.
