SABRE Shipping & Returns Policy

At SABRE, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please find below the guidelines for shipping and returning products purchased through SabreRed.com.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
  • Shipping is available within the Continental US.
  • Expedited shipping is not available.
  • Order confirmation emails are automatically generated once you’ve successfully placed an order.
  • Tracking information emails are automatically generated when your order ships.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • SABRE will not drop ship orders over $500.00 due to fraudulent activity concerns.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases from Other Retailers

Products purchased through third-party retailers or online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) must be returned through those respective sellers. SABRE cannot issue refunds for such purchases.

Returns for Orders Placed on SabreRed.com

Defective Items

  • Items purchased on SabreRed.com and found to be defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, defective items may be eligible for replacement only.
  • Defective claims must be authorized by SABRE.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Returns@SabreRed.com.
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or alterations is not covered.
  • Photos and/or videos of the issue may be required for approval.
  • SABRE will issue a prepaid shipping label for the return of defective items unless otherwise specified on warranty.

Non-Defective Items

  • Returns on non-defective products are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Returns@SabreRed.com
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of RA# issuance.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Replacements are shipped within 3–5 business days after receipt of defective item.

Return Conditions and Exceptions

  • Items returned without prior authorization or a valid RA# may be discarded.
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • SABRE does not accept returns for international orders.
